Nota Bene’s main dining room feels comfortable and elegant in the tradition of the world’s best dining experiences; it is a place to see and be seen.
The commission for the fit-up of Nota Bene grew out of an involvement as architects for the base building, and a passion to be a part of the restaurant owners’ team.
Nota Bene was conceived and realized by a trio of Canada’s best food entrepreneurs/artists. Their collaboration mirrors that of the musical performance world as follows:
MUSICIAN/ David Lee as executive chef
CONDUCTOR/ Yannick Bigourdan as manager and proprietor
IMPRESARIO/ Franco Prevedello as food impresario
