FIT-UP
The commission for the fit-up of Nota Bene grew out of an involvement as architects for the base building, and a passion to be a part of the restaurant owners’ team.
VISIONARY TRIUMVIRATE
Nota Bene was conceived and realized by a trio of Canada’s best food entrepreneurs/artists. Their collaboration mirrors that of the musical performance world as follows:
